Well I decided to do a blog on "Hypertension" or in real words, "High Blood Pressure." The reason why I am doing this is because just this December I had found out that I have it myself which is actually making the rest of my insides suffer. I didn't really think it was a big thing to worry about but I was wrong!! Hypertension is caused by being overweight, stressed, eating habits, and family history. For me its like every type of symptom that they have out there. Here is a diagram showing exactly what Hypertension does. (Shown in the Picture.) This quarter has been a very stressing one, and I because of the stress it had gotten to the point where my chest would hurt probably from the stress itself. But straight out of wikipedia it says that children are counted for 85 to 95% of the population with Hypertension, which is amazingly surprising but in the other hand not. By the way that we Americans are eating it doesn't surprise me that children as well are getting it. I was kinda surprised in my case, but in a another way not really for I'm overweight and I didn't pick the right things to eat, so basically it was coming for me. But the issue with children having it at such a young age.. tsk. tsk. tsk. This shows that parents need to buck up and teach their children the RIGHT way to keep healthy by exercise, eating habits, and basically moving. Yes children now a days are really lazy, including me but just the action of moving would help. Help with our growing society with Hypertension.
